I purchased a set of Styl cabinetry thru a local dealer. The dealer has shown me all of the emails back and forth, as well as called the company representative on speaker phone in front of me so I know that it is styl that is the problem.
It has been a horror. As an interior designer for 30 years I know the routine, I know there are mistakes and how they can be rectified. This is something else. It's a new low.
To start I paid the dealer extra for a higher quality finish on the cabinetry.
When quite a few parts and pieces arrived below expectation the dealer offered to pay for the replacement parts as a courtesy.
My dealer has shown me the bill. He's buying me $3,000 worth of parts because his only concern is my satisfaction.
I saw that he placed the order in May. Styl has yet to get the order correct and finalized so that manufacturing can begin which may be 3-4 months! so it can be replaced and only replied to our contact 3 times in 4 months!
My dealer is trying to pay in full to replace defective product and Styl will not even pay attention enough to take the order and get things going.
At this rate I won't have the parts until 2022 if ever.
This is not Covid, this is just ridiculous to not even be able to enter a parts order.
Don't jump into the quicksand with these people.
